The Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) (Morey, 1991), a 344-item self-report inventory, assesses various domains of personality and psychopathology among adults and is designed for use in professional settings. The present chapter reviews information such as development of the test, its use with different populations, as well as some recent research literature attesting to the validity of this instrument.
